 About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide superior high quality administrative and management support services across Visionwest and within the Finance team. The Accounts Administrator  required to liaise, assist and work under the direction of the Payables and Revenue Leads; and Finance Manager - Operations. 

This is a full time fixed term role until 30 September 2024.

 Some Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Expense Claims and Accounts Payable for payment after verifying and understanding the working capital impacts.
  • Transactional analysis. 
  • Assisting stakeholders with practical aspects of the procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely, efficient and effective processes for the Trust.
  • Investigation and reconciliation of unbilled and rejected appointments.
  • Report unresolved issues on rejections to Finance Manager.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and document destruction when and where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Three plus (3+) years’ experience preferred across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
  • Part-qualified in Accounting qualification.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous accounts experience, principles and practices.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have an understanding of financial report requirements.
  • Experience with Debtors and Creditors also an advantage.
  • In depth experience with ERP systems.
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent to an intermediate level.
  • The ability to identify ways of improving work methods.
