Administration Assistant
Part-time permanent position
30 hours per week

The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in delivering a high-quality service, by carrying out a wide range of administration duties in a busy environment - this position requires flexibility and initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with organisation of meetings
- Preparing meeting, training and home visit administration
- Keeping documentation in an orderly and efficient manner
- Providing administration support to the Home Healthcare team
- Maintaining spreadsheets
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Publisher & SharePoint
- Minimum of two years broad administration experience
- Professional manner & presentation
- The ability to maintain privacy & confidentiality and a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A high level of initiative with the ability to prioritise & multitask
- Excellent written skills
- The ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team
- A proactive, flexible and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work cooperatively with other organisations
- The ability to work effectively both cross-culturally and with a wide range of people
