About the Role

Support the Home Healthcare team in delivering a high-quality service by carrying out a wide range of administration and coordination support duties.   There are 2 fixed term roles for 6 months. 

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and attending to their enquiries.
  • Booking and arranging meetings, Support worker forums and events.
  • Liaise with Operations team to organise routine servicing and repairs on office equipment and company vehicles.
  • Answering calls, texts, emails and attending to enquires from Support Workers and Clients.
  • Follow up issues to client’s satisfaction as required.
  • Refer clinical issues or concerns to Care Managers in timely manner for follow up and/or clinical visits as necessary.
  • Carry out other tasks, that are within capabilities, to support the service and the organisation when required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Publisher.
  • Minimum of 2 years broad administration experience.
  • Some knowledge of the health & disability sector preferred.

  • High level of initiative with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and also in a team.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates ability to structure duties; prioritising the workload, delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both cross-culturally, and with a wide range of people.
