Mō te tūnga | About the Role

Based in our Northwest office, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of Coordinators responsible for answering calls and ensuring our clients receive continuous, high-quality care. Your main focus will be providing fast, responsive placement support services that help connect clients with the care they need, when they need it.

We support individuals who are elderly, have physical disabilities, high medical needs, and/or challenging behaviours. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires exceptional organisation, the ability to think on your feet, and confidence working under pressure. You’ll be in daily contact with a wide range of people, so strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach are key to your success.

Mōu ake | About you 

  • Experience  with rostering staff  and clients
  • Intermediate-level data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills combined  with the ability to provide responsive, person-centered solutions for our clients
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Database and administration skills
  • Excellent, clear spoken and written English
  • Previous experience working in a call center (advantageous)
  • A calm, flexible attitude and the ability to multitask
  • Strong time management capabilities and the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm  and professional
  • To be a great team player who enjoys supporting others in their work

Previous call center experience would be advantageous.
