About the role:

Are you a clinical expert with a passion for quality improvement?

Visionwest Home Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and thrives on meeting objectives and analysing/reporting on complaints and events.

Reporting to the National General Manager, you will be required to support Home Healthcare to deliver high quality care to our clients through continuous improvement. You will advise and develop national processes and systems to assist the services with risk management, complaints management, events reporting/analysis and audit preparedness. You will also evaluate and audit the delivery of services in Home Healthcare to ensure high standards of quality.

The successful applicant will ideally have: 

  • Relevant Clinical qualification with experience in auditing or continuous improvement expertise 
  • Experience in coaching or training staff members 
  • Project management experience 
  • A good understanding of clinical models and service delivery 
  • An analytical mind with excellent reporting skills
