He kōrero mō te tūranga - The role Visionwest Home Healthcare is looking for an Individualised Funding Coach to join their Home Healthcare team. As an established provider of home healthcare in New Zealand, our aim is to provide a range of services that help our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. 

  • Managing the complete end-to-end Individualised Funding (IF) process.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with external funders, referral agencies and whanau.
  • Preparing reports and ensuring all of our funding processes meet audit requirements.

Me whiwhi Koe - You will need: A background working in the health, disability, education or social services sector.

  • Appropriate service or operations management experience
  • Understanding or experience in IF service delivery would be preferred 
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Administration experience, including with the use of the Microsoft suite
  • High level of initiative with the ability to prioritise and multitask
